We understand not everyone is able to afford the registration fees and would like to offer the opportunity for individuals, especially those with limited access to resources or from groups underrepresented in our field, to apply for a fee waiver to attend this conference. Financial support is intended to diversify participation in this conference and ensure inclusivity in our community. We believe cost should not be a barrier for participation, and the more voices we can include, the more valuable our conversations will be around the topics and industry challenges presented at this conference.

If you are interested in applying for financial support for the 2024 StageStruck! Conference, please fill out this brief application form by March 10, 2024. A panel will review requests and alert all applicants of an opportunity for a full or partial fee waiver by March 15 (2 months before the start of the conference) to allow recipients the best opportunity to secure affordable travel.
