Important Visitor Information

All-Day Pass & Entry Details:
A reminder that a ticket reserved for the gallery is an all-day pass and is valid any time during public gallery hours on the date selected.
 
The entry time printed on the ticket simply reflects the first available entry, but visitors may arrive at any point during open hours.

The gallery can accommodate groups of 20 visitors at a time. If you are attending with a large group, please call ahead at 317.844.2251.

Please use the Fifth Third Bank Box Office / West Entrance on 3rd Ave and let a Box Office representative know you are here to visit the Timeless Treasures Artifact Display!

 

Parking & Traffic Notes

Free parking is available on surrounding streets and in the city’s self-parking garages, within easy walking distance of Allied Solutions Center. The nearest garage is at the Tarkington and Studio Theater building, just south of the Payne & Mencias Palladium off 3rd Avenue; follow the signs to the Payne & Mencias Palladium Fifth Third Bank Box Office entrance.
 
Parking is not available in the lots north of the Payne & Mencias Palladium, which are reserved for Salon 01 and Laser Flash guests only.

Accessibility

Accessible parking spaces are available around Carter Green between the Payne & Mencias Palladium and the Tarkington. When Carter Green is closed for special events, additional accessible parking spaces are available along southbound 3rd Avenue SW and on eastbound City Center Drive (north of the Payne & Mencias Palladium).

The Traditions Senior Communities Songbook Gallery is a low-sensory space that can accommodate mobility aids. Seating and large print labels may be provided upon request.

 

Parking Signs & Ordinances

We kindly urge all patrons to read all posted street and neighboring lot signs and comply with parking guidelines. 

Please Note: The City of Carmel has an ordinance prohibiting backing into spaces in the parking garage. Please be advised, if you back into a space in the parking garage, you may be ticketed.

 

Allied Solutions Center for the Performing Arts and the Great American Songbook Foundation are not liable for ticketing and/or towing fees.
