Special Event Addendum
The Great American Songbook Foundation is devoted to protecting your personal information. This policy serves as an addendum to the existing Privacy Policy for the Great American Songbook Foundation (hereafter referred to as the "Foundation", "we", "our" or "us") and covers specifically how we will use the information you provide to us for Special Events as well as how it is protected. We make every effort to balance our desires as a business to better serve you with your expectations of personal privacy.
Your Dietary Needs
The Foundation collects your dietary needs to assist with its Special Events. During the course of the event, your food preferences, food allergies and drink requirement may be collected by Foundation staff members. This is in addition to the normal information we collect for events including potentially your name, mailing address, phone number, e-mail address and credit card information. This information, including the additional dietary information, is all stored inside our database according to the standards outlined in the previously referenced Privacy Policy.
This data is not forwarded to any additional companies, nor is it ever sold. It is retained indefinitely, but solely for the potential future use of the Foundation. This data is used for fundraising purposes as well as event planning.
