Songbook Foundation names new board members

CARMEL, Ind. – Five new members have been elected recently to the Board of Directors for the nonprofit Great American Songbook Foundation, headquartered at Allied Solutions Center for the Performing Arts in Carmel.
The new board members are serving three-year terms on a volunteer basis. They are:
Viviana Koukoulomatis of Carmel is semi-retired as an international marketing and sales consultant and is a member of private equity firms Bayhill Capital LLC and Bayhill Realty LLC. She holds a bachelor’s degree in graphic design and a master’s degree in communications and marketing from Missouri State University.
Jim Money of Carmel retired as president of Automotive Finance Corporation, a subsidiary of OPENLANE Inc. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Indiana University and is a licensed certified public accountant.
Rose Popovich of Carmel retired as executive director of Performance Improvement for Community Health Network. She holds a Master of Social Work degree from Indiana University Indianapolis.
Kara Seward of Indianapolis is 2nd Vice President, Corporate Communications & Community Engagement, for Carmel-based Allied Solutions. She holds a Master of Communication Management degree from the University of Southern California and a bachelor’s degree in Journalism/Public Relations from Indiana University Bloomington.
Jill Zaniker of Carmel is a community activist, philanthropist and entrepreneur. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Retail Management from Purdue University.
The board’s current officers are Don Gottwald, chair; Libby Brown, vice chair; Adam Arceneaux, secretary; and Tory Purvis, treasurer.
