Generational Playlists

Research has shown that remembering music from our late teens and early twenties is not just a coincidence. Due to biological factors and life experiences, music that we listen to during this period of our lives carries a special significance and connects our memories to feelings we experienced during that transformational time.

Our generational music playlists offer the opportunity to learn about the enduring music of each decade and select billboard charting hits or specific artists that make sense based on the individuals in your care. Each playlist is available on Spotify, but also includes an accompanying guide of Top 40 artists and songs of the decade for your convenience.
